L.A.TRAVEL DIARY: HOLLYWOOD WALK OF FAME

While New York has its Time Square, Los Angeles has the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

I am in no way saying those two places are alike, but there's a certain feeling you get when you visit both of them. Yes, it's touristy and yes, it's overcrowded. At the same time, it's a must see - at least once (or should I say once is just enough?) in your lifetime. After all, you've heard about it plenty times before, seen it on TV and in the movies, you know all the major Hollywood stars has put their feet down on those grounds, why not then seeing it for yourself?

If one more reference (my photos) of the most tourist and well known place in America is not a good enough reason to brace yourself, be a tourist for a day, and visit the Hollywood Walk of Fame, then I don't know what is.

the Chinese Theatre

Formerly known as the Kodak Theatre, it was opened in 2001, and has served as a permanent home for the Academy Awards ever since.
