PARADISE BIRDIE

My latest collaboration is a result of some unexpected circumstances. It's amazing how sometimes you meet interesting people by accident. It's almost as if the universe aligned and there you were at the right time and place. 

I met Tanya while sitting at school waiting for my Newswriting class to start. It quickly turned out we are both international students from Europe... and the rest is history. As soon as she learned about my blog, she invited me to collaborate with her. As soon as I saw her handmade jewelry collection, I was sold. You see, I'm not the biggest fan of jewelry, for the most part I'm just lazy and I forget to accessorize my outfits. Every now and then I do reach out for a necklace but it's usually something simple. My statement necklace collection... well, there's just two of them. 

BUT, I was immediately captivated but Tanya's talent. Her jewelry has this unique boho/ gypsy/ indie/ tribal vibe and I love it. Another thing I noticed is how much joy she finds in making jewelry. Girls, you won't regret making business with her. Like I said before, I find her work noteworthy and remarkable. 

I went with a turquoise rock because there's something so damn naturally beautiful about this color. Pair it with something simple, black, neutrals, and I assure you, all eyes will be on you. I mean... the necklace!

Tanya's goodies always arrive in beautifully packed boxes, and it just goes to show she's an artist all through.
