IRRESISTIBLE ME HAIR EXTENSIONS

New year just screams for trying something different.

When Irresistible Me reached out to me and asked if I wanted to review one of their products, I immediately said yes. Since I have never tried wearing hair extensions, plus I heard so many good things about this particular brand, my decision was a no brainer.

The only thing I thought would be difficult was determining the right color for me. Since my hair style is a self-manage (do it at home) kind of ombre, I had to do a lot of research to pick the right tone. Thankfully, Irresistible Me makes it super easy on you with special videos and photos describing each color. And there's a lot to choose from, so I believe everybody can find one that suits them best.

I went with golden blond. I also had to decide on the length and weight of the hair. Again, after watching provided tutorials, I picked 18 inch, 200 g, SILKY TOUCH clip in extensions.

There's many more products in the Irresistible Me offer, but I'm so glad with what I got.

The extensions came packaged both beautifully and securely.

The whole process of clipping in your extensions is also very easy. I would recommend curling your extensions before putting them in. Same goes for your hair. Then, once you section your hair, all you have to do is clip in your extensions and voila!

Note:

Please bare in mind that it was my first time ever putting in hair extensions. I decided to curl my hair because I find it easier to blend in with the clip ins. Once I play around with them more, I will definitely post different hair styles on the blog.

Needless to say, I would recommend Irresistible Me hair extensions to anybody, whether you are a newbie at this (like me!) or have more experience.

Please let me know what you think of this look! It's definitely something new for me and I will have to adjust for a while, but I'm loving the overall result!

WINTER BREAK IN TEXAS

Today's post is a random selection of the photos I took while on my winter break in Texas. I've been really fortunate to spend this New Year's Eve with some of my closest friends. We celebrated 2016 in Houston and the night was everything I wanted it to be. If I had to change one thing though, I would just take more pictures! I don't know why, but every New Year's Eve I'm lucky if I have a couple of photos. Do you know the feeling?

BEST OF 2015

We are well into January now, but today I want to reflect on all the good things that happened in 2015!

I have been busy with a lot of changes in my life lately, but I finally feel like I'm getting my grip back. Anyway, I'm only mentioning it to explain my recent absence on the blog. I hope you didn't notice the lack of anything over here and I promise to work on exciting projects and share them soon!
